About this Project:
This is a fictional editorial publication exploring physical interfaces of consumer electronics before the rise of touchscreens. Based on selected objects from the Museum für Gestaltung Zürich collection, the project focuses on devices by Sony, Wega, Braun, and related designers from 1959–1987.
The visual language is inspired by historical instruction manuals and service documentation, combining archival typography, diagrams, and interface glyphs to reflect the material logic of the devices themselves.
Created as a school project at ZHdK (Zurich University of the Arts), developed with mentoring by Marietta Eugster, Giliane Cachin, and Samira Schneuwly.
